Purpose: Raise awareness and drive traffic to the HSN broadcast and sale. Also to A/B test subject lines.

 

Target Audience: Current crafting audiences.

 

Platforms used: Instagram, Facebook, Email.

 

Main Results:

  • Received better engagement from the emails.

  • Best Performing Email:

    • Open Rate: 29.3%​

    • Click Rate: 2.0%

  • For subject lines we found that mentioning "crafting" and "HSN" provided better open and click rates.
